PROCESSING AND STORAGE OF DATA
Processing related to the web services of this website take place at the company’s head office located in Via Carrara snc, Latina (LT), Italy, and are handled only by the employees responsible for the processing, or any occasional maintenance.

METHOD OF PROCESSING
Personal data is handled with automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected.
As required by European Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 and related technical regulations, technical, logistical and organizational arrangements have been developed aimed at preventing damages, even accidental losses, alterations, misuse and unauthorized use of data concerning the user or visitor.

Other than this, user browsing data is deleted by Comp. Tech. Europe S.r.l. after a maximum period of four years. No user data is collected outside the so-called navigation as specified above.

Subject to your specific consent given by registering for the service, the Company may process your contact data (e-mail address) in order to send you periodic newsletters of a commercial and/or promotional nature. The provision of data is optional and this consent may be revoked at any time, with effect for subsequent treatments.

COOKIES

In these cases the answer is mandatory and subject to an administrative penalty.

RIGHTS OF INTERESTED PARTIES
